1967 Oldsmobile 98 Convertible
I was called once again to Petrol Lounge to shoot this classic Ninety-Eight.
Bring A Trailer said this about the Oldsmobile:
“This 1967 Oldsmobile 98 convertible is finished in gold with a tan soft top over beige vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 425ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a beige boot cover, 14″ steel wheels, power steering, power-assisted brakes, air conditioning, an AM/FM Wonder Bar radio, and power windows and door locks. The car was acquired by the current owner in April 2016, and work performed in 2021 included replacing the battery, rear coil springs, and convertible top switch. This 98 convertible is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, and a clean Texas title.”
The cabin features front and rear bench seats upholstered in beige vinyl that extends to the door panels and is complemented by a brown dashboard and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, faux woodgrain accents, lap belts, polished door sills, an AM/FM Wonder Bar stereo, power-operated vent windows, and power windows and locks. Wear is visible on the driver seat outer bolster.
A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilt-column and fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a fuel gauge. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 62k miles, approximately 700 of which were added under current ownership. (BringATrailer)
